Who is it suitable for?
The snackless programme is suitable for any English speaking adult who:
-
would benefit from eating fewer snacks from a physical and/or mental health perspective
-
who has a desire to reduce their snacking
-
can commit 10 minutes per day for 30 days to taking part in the programme (for listening to a daily coaching session & writing a basic food diary)
-
can commit 30 minutes per week to attending a group coaching call
-
has internet access
-
has a basic understanding of what constitutes a healthy diet
-
are prepared to make a small monetary investment to change their eating behaviours for good
The snackless programme is particularly popular amongst those who want to lose weight and struggle with emotional eating.​
The programme is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques. It is safe to be undertaken alongside any medication or counselling.
What results can people expect?
The snackless programme helps busy people change their unnecessary, habitual snacking behaviours for good. By the end of the programme they will have:

improved their relationship with food (measured on a scale of 1 to 10)

have snacked less during the programme

feel confident in their ability to stop themselves from unnecessary snacking in future.

How much does it cost?
​Completion rates of the snackless programme (and therefore results) significantly increase when the patient pays even a token amount towards the cost of the programme. The patient makes the online payment upon sign up.

​When can they start?
The 30 day snackless programmes are run as cohorts every 3 months, therefore 3 months is the maximum amount of time someone could wait to start the programme.
Once you have submitted the referral they will receive an email from laura@roseprofessionalcoaching.co.uk inviting them to a discovery call where they will receive more information and can decide if they want to sign up.
